The authentic denim meets the pop art of the ‘80s and the ‘90s
There was a city that between the ‘80s and the ‘90s lived a special era made of lights, nightclubs and cultural mix: in the name of pop, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michael Basquiat, Madonna and many others radically changed the world.
At those times, Two Women and Two Men looks for the creation of Spring-Summer 2018 collection. Denim is the undisputed star of the season, recreated according to the typical trends of the years. The clothes are created in denim (from 6 to 13 ounces), presented in faded washes, whitened and enriched with tears, writing and stains, just like those worn by the young “rebels” who starred during this legendary New York season. There are also clothes made in gabardine, bull, striped indigo colored and made even more precious by funky pop embroidery. Within this mixture of proposals, the brand sweeps from the NYC clubs to the East Village streets, when a bubbly cultural air was found in this neighborhood and where everyone had their own fascinating and unique story to tell.
High quality, innovative washes and the best wearability still remain the topoi of the brand known its motto that speaks for itself and calls to mind the American one: “we trust in denim”.
