From the past to create the present and beyond
In denim sector, with brands paying homage to the heritage of denim and its capital city, there missed a company able to combine these two just in the name: please, let me introduce you Amsterdenim.
Immediately, we understand how the brand is linked to the city – where it comes from – and the fabric, thought as a mission.
Everything starts in 2012 when looking at the past, Amsterdenim was born in order to keep a connection wih the “previous” and create a new link with what will come next: “we used the old brown sails for our hangtags and their inner pocket will have the same old brown collar”, said the brand that creates remembering the roots of Amsterdam and its people.
Take a look to the logo chosen: it reflects “the pointed roofs, sails, the three crosses from the coat of arms of Amsterdam, the bridge, canals, diamonds, the center, the name”, founders end. A real pride for the brand, no mystery in it, as well as in the creation of items that can range from catwalks to streets.
