Asymmetry and dark colors inspire the line of the new season of Gabba
The city, the contrasts between the perfect and clean surfaces and the more chaotic aspects of surviving in it inspired GABBA in the creation of the new fall-winter 2015 collection. New treatments and washes have been used to reflect the imperfection of the city streets with their concrete and asphalt surfaces, while the more architectural structures of the garments traces the asymmetry of buildings.
The “cool” items manufactured “for guys who really care about individual style and about good quality“, as the Danish brand founded in 1983 says, mixes dark and clean washes in soft coated denim, structural fabrics, Crailar flax fibre, heavy loose-weave twill and original 13 oz indigo denim. Prints, especially photo prints, and graphical structures stands out in a collection with a striking dark palette: blacks, greys, charcoals, and a touch of dirty white all working together to reflect the moods of Big City nights.
