OBleach and Wake Tonello s sustainable effects in Amsterdam

Two new, revolutionary and patent-pending processes at Kingpins Show

Visionary, responsible, and ethical: this is Tonello, the global leader of garment finishing technologies that, since 1981, has been contributing to the success that made in Italy has enjoyed all over the world. On the occasion of the latest Kingpins Show Amsterdam, the company didn’t disappoint expectations and presented two new, revolutionary and patent-pending processes, which can also be applied to the same garment, at the same time, to create incredible and totally sustainable effects: OBleach and Wake.

OBleach is the coolest bleach process without using bleach but ozone. Among its advantages: thanks to a low-temperature process, it respects the fibers and the environment; maximum reproducibility, allowed by the fixed recipe; contrasting effects.

Wake is the first dyeing system that uses totally natural dyes: only plants and vegetable waste (flowers, berries, and roots, dried and infused), with no chemical additives that are harmful. By using 100% organic and compostable raw materials, Tonello introduces a circular and sustainable process able to dramatically reduce CO2 emissions, give great savings in water and energy and guarantee that the dyeing process and the garment are safe and healthy for both the operator and the final consumer.

But that’s not all from the company that combines ecological awareness with style. Here comes the “Wake & OBleach” collection as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Festival.
Check it out!
