140 hand-numbered pieces with an Italian and Japanese soul
Menno van Meurs & Rene Strolenberg from Tenue de Nîmes release the new Pablo jean in Memphis Blue, the first step within a collection of timeless garments based on the principles of quality, function and simplicity rooted in the history of jeans.
140 pieces only, each one hand-numbered and presented in a special box: Pablo is a classic “Americana” straight jean with a slightly more relaxed top-block and a slim but easy leg with an Italian and Japanese soul: Venetian is the small factory that made the items while 14,5 o.z. Memphis II is the fabric used that comes from the Rampuya denim mill in Kojima. The Bel Paese is also the starting point of Tenue de Nîmes first jeans collection, because of Country’s unquestionable authority in the make and development of denim.
The French photographer Sophie Ebrard signed the campaign in the beautiful landscapes of Cape Verde: «We admire Sophie’s work so much because she is always experimenting with natural light and prefers the surprise-factor of film for her personal work. She adds a genuine warmth to everything she shoots» Menno and Rene said.
