We’re very excited when we found a super cool new brand in denim world.
That’s an exclusive of Denim Freaks
We would recommend a new italian denim brand: PURPLE DE NIMES.
The journey of the brand starts in 2007 when designer Giorgio Figini creates the first small collections for famous Milanese retailer Purple. Back at that time the store was the Milanese point of reference for research and innovation in fashion.
The collections where entirely handmade limited editions counting 20 items per reference and each garment carried the signature MADE IN ITALY representing all its intrinsic values such as experimentation, creativity and experience in manufacturing. Ever since Purple Denimes was born these values have become a staple for the brand and its collections.
Even when the brand grew out of the store and hit the international market as a premium italian denim brand the spirit and quality of Purple Denimes always remained the same.
A clean denim for a grownup target, recalling classic shapes with an eye for contemporary volumes, colors and style. The jeans represent a link between the past and the future, between craftsmanship and innovation. Timeless products that reinterpret contemporary trends resulting in a refined yet balanced aesthetic. Made in Italy certifies the quality, the attention to details and the high manufacturing level of the collection.
Every single component of the garments is made by a leading company in the italian denim industry, the same applies to the steps of the production process. Partners and materials:
Fabrics: our collections are made using the finest denim fabrics produced by premium denim mill Candiani Buttons and Rivets: all metal accessories are developed and produced by Cobrax (Riri Group).
Labelling: leather labels are made by “label genius” Okinawa.
Research & Development: designer Giorgio Figini treats and tests all fabrics himself in his Lab and develops by hand all prototypes carrying his signature.
Manufacturing: For the manufacturing of the collection Purple Denimes relies on a small, family-run company near Venice, an exceptional “Laboratorio” that is true to the tradition of italian garment making.
